Full Ship Management
We manage all technical and crewing aspects of our full management vessels aiming to ensure safe and efficient operations. Crew management is a service offered by Arnau Marine that places emphasis on the selection, development and management of seagoing employees that is key to the safe and efficient operations of the vessels of our clients.
There are 40,000 highly skilled professional seafarers in the Arnau Marine seafarer pool, who are assisted by 2,000 shore-based employees. With the assistance of 28 Crew Service Centers and 6 Maritime Training Centers, Arnau Marine offers crew management services to customers worldwide.

SmartPAL, the digital hub of all crewing operations, connects our global teams, and Seafarer Portal, another digital innovation, is a self-service app that gives our seafarers access to vital documents, information, and direct communication with shore departments.
